Does Maqam work outside Islamabad and Murree?
Yes — Maqam works anywhere in Pakistan with an internet connection. Property location doesn't limit the caretaker app, WhatsApp automation, or anything else. It works the same in Karachi as it does in Nathiagali.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most operators are live the same day, and always within 48 hours of the onboarding call. We add your properties, set up caretaker accounts, and configure your WhatsApp messages together — you don't do it alone.
What does the caretaker app look like?
Your caretaker gets a simple app that installs on any phone in two taps — no app store download needed. They see upcoming check-ins, log expenses with a photo, mark rooms cleaned, and message guests, all without calling you.
My caretaker isn't very tech-savvy. Will he manage?
The caretaker app is deliberately small: see today's check-ins, log an expense with a photo, mark a room done. If someone uses WhatsApp daily, they can use it. We train your staff over WhatsApp during onboarding, in Roman Urdu if that is easier.
Can I manage multiple properties from one account?
Yes. Maqam is built for multi-property operators. You see all properties, their booking calendars, and cash positions on one dashboard. Each property can have its own caretaker, scoped so they only see theirs.
What does Maqam cost?
Three plans, separated by how many properties you run. We quote your price in PKR on the call once we have seen your setup — month to month, no contract, and the 14-day trial afterwards needs no credit card. Our first 10 customers also get a founding rate locked for year one.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No contract. Pay month to month. Cancel anytime, and your data stays exportable. We're confident Maqam will earn its keep — we don't lock you in to prove it.
