Everything you would ask before paying

Why is the price not on this page?
Because the honest answer depends on your setup. Two apartments with one caretaker and eight units across three cities are different operations, and quoting a number before we have seen yours is how people end up on the wrong plan. Book the demo, show us how you run things, and you leave the call with a plan and a price.
What does the 14-day free trial cover?
After your demo call you get full access to Maqam for 14 days, with every feature in your plan. No credit card up front. If you do not see real value in those two weeks, you walk away with no charge.
Do you set it up for me?
Yes. A Maqam team member adds your properties, connects your Airbnb calendar, brings your current bookings in, and trains your staff over WhatsApp. You are not dropped into an empty dashboard with a help doc.
What happens if I add properties later?
You move up a tier when you outgrow the one you are on. Message us on WhatsApp or upgrade from your dashboard — only the monthly price changes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month to month, no contracts. Cancel from your dashboard or message us. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Do prices include tax?
Quoted prices are exclusive of any applicable Sindh / Punjab / Federal sales taxes. We invoice in PKR and include a tax breakdown on every invoice.
Why no self-serve signup?
Because property management is too messy to learn from a help doc. A short call gets your properties connected, your staff onboarded, and your real workflow mapped to Maqam before you are asked to pay anything.
Is my booking and guest data safe?
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and hosted on infrastructure with regular backups. Each staff role only sees what it needs: your housekeeper never sees revenue, your accountant never sees guest identity documents.
Do you support guesthouses with 50+ rooms?
Yes — that is what the Business plan is for. Maqam handles multi-property chains and large guesthouses. Book a demo and we will walk through your specific setup.
Does Maqam sync with Booking.com?
Not yet. We sync with Airbnb via iCal today. Booking.com sync is on the roadmap, because most small hosts on Booking.com cannot export iCal feeds and we are tracking when that changes. In the meantime we will show you how to run both calendars without conflicts during onboarding.
